Our Story

Nu-Kitchen got started a few years back by Bryan Janeczko and Mark Newhouse, self-described health nuts and food afficionados, respectively. In Nu-Kitchen, they saw an opportunity to bring their passions together and create a tastier, easier, healthier way to eat. Their advice: follow your heart, dare to be different, be good to the people around you, and never pass up a ripe Jersey Tomato in late August.

There's something intrinsically beautiful about nature, whether a breathtaking vista or the flavors and aromas of natural, honest foods. Getting back to nature through food helps connect us to the greatness of nature that is all around us.

 

 

Simply the best.

 

Life is complex. Take comfort in things that are uncomplicated and satisfying. Simple and delicious food is an excellent place to start.
