We’re thrilled to announce that Nu-Kitchen’s diet meal delivery service is now available in areas from Chicago to Atlanta to Boston – and all points in between. If you’re outside of the New York City area, here’s how Nu-Kitchen works.
Create a membership with Nu-Kitchen. As a Nu-Kitchen member, you’ll indicate whether you’re a guy or a gal so we can best meet your weight loss needs. Then, tell us when you’d like your diet meal delivery service to begin and where we should deliver. That’s it! Pretty snappy. As a member, you’ll receive 7 days’ worth of meals in 2 shipments each week: one shipment will include 3 days’ worth of meals, and the other will include 4 days’ worth of meals. We divide your shipments so that your meals maintain maximum freshness (and your fridge maintains maximum sanity).
Next is our favorite part. Each week, we're busy searing, sautéing, braising, glazing, well, you get the idea. Every meal and snack you'll receive is made from only the finest, freshest whole and natural foods (it's all about the ingredients). Each is prepared by hand especially for you. This is the step that'll make you say "Nu-Kitchen is like having my own personal chef!"
After we've finished preparing your meals, we seal each one carefully in its own package using a special technique that maximizes the freshness of each meal. We then package them up in our special cooler and deliver them right to your door. Your meals will ship via UPS on Mondays and Wednesdays, and depending on where you live, you’ll receive them one or two days later. If you don’t need a particular shipment, no problem! Just log in to your account at nu-kitchen.com or call our customer care team at 212-582-1144. We’ll be happy to cancel any particular shipment up until a week before the ship date.

Fresh meals? Shipped to my house? How do you do it!
We’re experts in keeping fresh food – fresh! The process starts in our state-of-the art commissary where every ingredient and finished meal is kept at just the right temperature during the prep process. Then comes the packaging – through a special process, we’re able to make sure that your fresh meals will stay fresh as long as possible. This gives us the extra time to ship your meals to you and gives you the time to enjoy them over a few days once you receive them.
No, it’s not magic. It’s just our unique packaging technique that ensures your meals stay as fresh as possible. Completely safe. Completely natural – no chemicals, additives or anything like that. And completely fresh!
Finally, we carefully pack your meals in an insulated cooler with special cool packs all designed to keep your meals at just the right refrigerated temperature until you receive them. But remember, your meals are all-natural fresh food – so once you unpack them, be sure to put them in the fridge right away.
